Up To 74% Botanical Pigments Depending On The Shade

A Palette Of 16 Essential Colors

Highly Concentrated In Botanical Pigments For A Highly Nuanced Color

The PHYTOCOLOR formula is enriched with a mix of original botanical pigments derived from 5 dye-producing plants, selected for their superior pigmenting power. Their high concentration within the the pigmentary base, up to 74% depending on the shade, insures an intense color, natural and nuanced with luminous highlights, and acts as a shine booster.

Dyer's Madder (Rubia tinctoram L.)

The roots of this perennial plant contain strong red pigments known as "madder lake".

Alder Buckthorn (Rubia tinctoram L.)

The bark of this dye-producing shrub yields a reddish pigment that is used in golden-yellow to cinnamon-brown shades.

Plains Coreopsis (Rubia tinctoram L.)

This annual herbaceous plant produces red and yellow flowers. The flower stalks contain orange-yellow pigments that were already being used in the pre-Columbian civilizations.

Dyer's Broom (Rubia tinctoram L.)

Orange-yellow pigments are extracted from the flowering branches of this shrub. The name of the genus is thought to be derived from the word "gen", which means "small bush".

Logwood (Rubia tinctoram L.)

The pigments are extracted from the wood of its trunk and larger branches, and used to make dark colors. Logwood can also be combined with madder to make beautiful brown shades.

Phytocolor is also a complete routine to take care of your hair color, 3 products that really protect the hair color and revive shine with long-lasting results.
