Delivery Information

When ordering from the online shop you can pick up your order worldwide, wherever you are.

Products marked as " Available" are dispatched within 1-2 business days of order placement.
If a product is not available you will be notified by email on the progress of your order.
If any of the products are not available, the wait time may be 3-4 business days.
You can see the availability status of each product on its description page.

Shipments are made Monday through Friday. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not counted as working days.

Transit time is depending on the destination and mode of transport selected. Deliveries are made during business hours, from 9AM to 7PM, depending on the carrier, the route of messenger and the destination country. 

Please note: All orders received through strict fraud checks and therefore your order may be delayed if we cannot get in touch with you to verify your details.  

Also, in the unlikely event of our courier facing unforeseen delays such as weather issues, road closures, accidents, system failures, or depot issues, we will always do our best to try delivery, but under these circumstances it is likely that some parcels will be subject to and delay. 

Upon completion of your order, we will automatically send you an email with your order analysis.

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

For CEE countries - courier services with cash on delivery option - DPD 

Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech republic, Croatia, Poland, Hungary & Ukraine

  • For orders up to 50€ the delivery cost is 9€.
  • The COD Fee is 1€ for orders up to 50€

·         For orders up to 39€ the cost of delivery is 3.50€.

·         If the order amount exceeds 39€, there is no shipping cost. It’s FREE.

PharmacyGreek also ships worldwide with DHL Express, wherever thе service is supported

All orders are shipped with DHL Express and have a delivery time of 1 business day after your order is completed (shipped) as long as your order has been submitted before 12:00 (GMT+3).

For some remote areas the delivery time may be 2-3 business days.

All orders must be paid before shipment via Paypal or credit card.

The shipping is calculated according to the weight of the order and the delivery location.

To calculate your shipping cost, please fill the required Billing Address fields at the checkout (City, Postal Code, Region/State and Country)

Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, please contact us so that we may send it to you again.

In case the client is not present at the designated address on the delivery date, the procedure will be as follows:

DHL will send you a text message with a link that you can visit in order to choose a different delivery time, address or pick-up point for your order.

* Although, we aim to process and ship your order within the standard delivery times, delivery dates are not guaranteed. During busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer.


IMPORTANT: For AIRMAIL shipments only, there is a restriction on spray / foam products as they are considered flammable and there is a possibility that the shipment may not be completed at the airport.


Shipping cost does not include any additional costs relating to the custom office of the country of dispatch.

Any additional costs (Customs Duties, Excise duty and/or Import Tax, customs clearance fees, storage, etc.) in accordance with the applicable provisions providing for the relevant charges in the state of dispatch, in addition to the shipping costs, shall be borne by the consumer (for international shipments). The consumer shall be informed with his own custody for the charges incurred, depending on place of residence.
