Dosage

Recommended dosage:

Adults and children over 11 years of age: 1 capsule daily.

Instructions for use

Take it with a glass of water, preferably after a meal.

Contraindications

It should not be taken in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients contained.

It should not be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding without the consent of a doctor.

Side effects

Taking more than 4000 IU of vitamin D supplements is recommended to be accompanied by monitoring of blood calcium levels, as there is a risk of causing hypercalcemia.

At doses greater than 10,000 IU per day, diarrhea or constipation, decreased appetite, dry mouth, and a metallic taste may occur.
