Apply sunscreen evenly to all exposed areas of skin, such as ears, forehead, nose. Apply sunscreen liberally. For an adult's face, 1 teaspoon is required. Apply sunscreen to dry skin 20-30 minutes before sun exposure and reapply every two hours and immediately after swimming or towel drying.
