Apply sunscreen to dry skin 20-30 minutes before sun exposure, making sure to evenly cover all exposed areas of skin, such as your legs and the area behind your knees. Apply sunscreen liberally. For an adult's body, 2 tablespoons is required. Reapply every 2 hours and immediately after swimming or towel drying.
