Dosage
For weight loss: 4 capsules per day
For weight maintenance: 2 capsules per day
Instructions for use
For weight loss (for overweight people with a body mass index of 25-30) : take 2 capsules with a glass of water before the 2 main meals of the day.
For weight maintenance or in special cases when participating in a rich and fatty meal : take 2 capsules with a glass of water shortly before the meal.
Contraindications
It should not be used by people who are allergic or intolerant to any of the ingredients in the composition, especially oats, carrots or apples.
Precautions
Not to be taken by children under 18 years of age. Not to be used by people with a Body Mass Index less than 18.5.
Do not take if you are allergic to oats, apples , and carrots.
Storage
