Xtra Energy multivitamin is a unique combination of vitamins and minerals. The formula is enriched with Panax Ginseng, taurine, lutein and coenzyme Q10 which provides energy and stimulation to the body.

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC) have approved the use of ginseng as a traditional herbal medicine to relieve symptoms such as fatigue and weakness.

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a co-factor of enzymes involved in the energy production process. It plays a vital role in the body's energy supply, as it contributes to energy production. It protects cell membranes from the harmful effects of free radicals, while also helping to maintain a healthy cardiovascular system.

In addition, it contains B vitamins, which in turn reduce tiredness and fatigue, enhance psychological function and contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system and metabolism. Vitamin E together with selenium offer excellent protection against harmful free radicals and oxidative stress, while vitamins C, A and D perfectly strengthen the immune system and shield it against opportunistic infections. Also, lutein provides excellent antioxidant protection and taurine is an amino acid that is present in large numbers in nerve cells and contributes to the proper transport of neurotransmitters (e.g. serotonin) in the brain.

Dosage

Recommended dosage:

Adults and children over 15 years: Take 1 tablet daily for 3 months, stop for 1 month. Repeat in the same way.
