A.Vogel Centaurium is an organic tincture of fresh centaury that aids digestion and reduces the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux. Centaury stimulates the secretion of digestive juices and the breakdown of food. It also acts against the "relaxation" of the esophageal sphincter and soothes gastric acidity.

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC) have approved the use of Centaury as a traditional herbal medicine for mild indigestion or other stomach and intestinal disorders, as well as for temporary loss of appetite.

Dosage

Recommended dosage:

Adults: 10-15 drops in a little water, 3 times a day.

Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age in a little water, 3 times a day.

Instructions for use

The ideal way to use Centaurium is to take it 15 minutes before meals with a little water. Before swallowing, hold it in your mouth for a while to enhance its action.

Precautions

Avoid taking during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
