Recommended dosage:

1 tablet daily.

Preferably taken with meals.

Zinc doses above 200 mg can be toxic and cause nausea and vomiting.

Do not take with antibiotics or cortisone-containing medications. Long-term use of high doses of zinc (> 25 mg) may affect copper and iron levels in the body.
