Health Aid Osteoflex Plus is a dietary supplement for joints, in slow-release tablets. It contains:

Glucosamine is an amino sugar found in cartilage and synovial fluid. It is produced by the body and helps with the function of articular cartilage and joint mobility.

Chondroitin sulfate is an important structural component of the extracellular matrix of articular cartilage. In addition to its structural role, chondroitin attracts water molecules to the cartilage, while also contributing to the inhibition of proteolytic enzymes that break down the protein structural components of cartilage. It is responsible for the elasticity of cartilage and therefore the mobility of the joint.

Green-lipped mussel for joint support, as it is rich in polysaccharides such as glucosamine and chondroitin and provides a wide range of vitamins, minerals and enzymes such as betaine.

At high doses (above 1500 mg per day) side effects such as nausea, heartburn and headache may occur.
