Health Aid Biotin 800 µg is a nutritional supplement of biotin, a vitamin B complex or otherwise known as vitamin H. Biotin is a water soluble vitamin that occurs in metabolism reactions as a coenzyme. It is essential for energy production and plays a very important role in the health of skin, hair and mucous membranes.
